Venue Requirements

• Wedding Planner/Coordinator - Weddings booked at Southern Grace Farms will be required to have a wedding planner/coordinator from our list provided.

• Caterer / Service Staff Provider - Weddings booked at Southern Grace Farms will be required to have a full service, licensed and insured caterer. This person will need to meet all requirements on the ‘Caterer Requirements Checklist’’. This person will need to meet with a member of Southern Grace Farms at least 30 days prior to wedding date.

• 50% percent deposit due upon booking • $500 (fully refundable) excessive cleaning/damage fees due 30 days prior to event
